Here’s some dresses I recently made that I think would be really chic to wear as a guest to a wedding this spring or summer! They are modeled by my lovely and fun sisters Ruth and Marianne at Granville Island.

I totally have weddings on my mind, more than usual due to Kate and Willy’s royal wedding this Friday! I’ve made a couple short wedding dresses, as well as a white flower girl dress. Here they are modeled by my fabulous sisters, Ruth and Marianne, as well as my little girl Veronica. We were at the Engagement rings at Sunset Beach in Vancouver. The sculpture was created by US artist Dennis Oppenheim, who sadly just passed away this January.

It’s easy to have spring on your mind here in Vancouver this Easter weekend. The trees are fluffy with flowers, and the sky is a party of pink blossom confetti as the wind picks up.
I did a shoot of some cherry blossom inspired party dresses at the Cherry blossom grove at Van Dusen gardens with artist Heather Passmore. Here are some of the images.

We were out yesterday enjoying the warm spring Vancouver weather at Queen Elizabeth Park. Veronica was wearing the Haiku cotton print dress. I’ll have Womens and Girls summer dresses up on the shop section of the website shortly!
